This lake has 8 Layers or 15 Layers for HD Version
Eagle Mountain Lake is a 8,702-acre reservoir on the West Fork of the Trinity River, stretching 11 miles through Tarrant and Wise Counties in north-central Texas. Reaching a maximum depth of 50.9 feet and featuring 83.5 miles of shoreline, the lake supports excellent fishing for Largemouth Bass, White Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and Bluegill and is managed by the Tarrant Regional Water District as a primary drinking water source for the Fort Worth area.
Located just 14 miles northwest of Fort Worth, Eagle Mountain Lake is surrounded by the communities of Azle, Pelican Bay, and Newark, with easy access to local marinas, parks, and lakefront dining. The lake's eastern shore was once home to Marine Corps Air Station Eagle Mountain Lake during World War II, and nearby Eagle Mountain itself — rising to 790 feet — lends the reservoir its iconic name and offers sweeping views of the surrounding North Texas landscape.
A laser-cut wooden map of Eagle Mountain Lake makes a stunning and one-of-a-kind piece of wall art for any Texas lake home, ranch, or lakefront cabin. The natural wood top layer traces all 83.5 miles of this sprawling reservoir's shoreline in remarkable detail, while the light-to-dark blue gradient layers convey the depth and scale of one of the Fort Worth area's most beloved lakes. A bold, handcrafted gift for anglers, boaters, and Texas outdoor enthusiasts alike.
