The RockerHead Stinger Shallow UV is the UV-finish version of the shallow-running stinger harness for the Headbanger FireTail and BangerShad — designed for normal and slow retrieves with pauses that turn the bait 90 degrees to the side.
Why anglers fish the Stinger Shallow UV
- UV-reactive finish — extra visibility in stained shallow water and low light
- Stays high in the water column — fish over weed and shallow structure without snagging
- Signature 90° side turns — the pause is the trigger
- Stinger hook — maximizes hookups on short strikers
- Rigged with sharp BKK stainless-steel hooks — available in L and XL
When and how to fish it
The UV edge matters most in murky bays, tannic water, and low-light windows — exactly where shallow pike hunt. Slow retrieves with long pauses over weed flats and reed edges make the bait hang and turn right in the fish's face.
