This lake has 8 Layers or 15 Layers for HD Version
Lake Viola is a 56-acre round natural lake in northern Highlands County, Florida, situated directly north of Avon Park at an elevation of 105 feet above sea level and reaching a maximum depth of 26 feet. Nestled among a cluster of scenic Highland lakes including Pioneer Lake and Lake Pythias, Viola holds Largemouth Bass, Black Crappie, and Bluegill in its clear, spring-influenced waters. A public boat ramp on the northwest shore provides easy access for anglers and boaters, with lakeside residences lining the eastern and northern shoreline.
Located just outside the city of Avon Park in the heart of the Florida Highlands, Lake Viola sits in one of Florida's most lake-dense inland regions — Highlands County is home to over 100 lakes ranging in character from sprawling bass fisheries to intimate spring-fed gems like Viola. The historic downtown of Avon Park, Sebring's International Raceway, and the vast Lake Istokpoga — the fifth largest lake in Florida — are all within a short drive of this quiet residential lake community.
A laser-cut wooden map of Lake Viola makes a personal and distinctive piece of wall art for any Highlands County lake home, Avon Park retreat, or Florida lake enthusiast's space. The natural wood top layer traces the nearly perfect round shoreline of this intimate central Florida lake in fine detail, while the light-to-dark blue gradient layers capture its clear, spring-fed depth. A handcrafted gift perfectly suited for Lake Viola homeowners, Avon Park locals, and anyone who treasures this quiet corner of Florida's inland lake country.

The difference between standard and HD maps is the number of layers. Standard maps have 1 land layer and 7 water layers. The HD lake maps have 1 land layer and 14 water layers. So twice the detail. The HD Maps are limited to Extra Large, XX Large, and Gigantic sizes only. On the smaller sizes the depth change of the wood is too extreme and you end up losing detail.
